Wine Exchange Asia has found four different winery representatives who will do the time honoured chair shuffle while you "work" your way through the wines and dinner. Its going to be a little chaotic with more wine than wine glasses etc, but thats Southern Europe hospitality for you. I am sure we will work it out.
