A graduate of Temasek Culinary Academy, Chef Micah honed his skills in various 5-star hospitality establishments before venturing to Paris to work with le sergent recruteur in 2014. His passion for running his own dining establishment was ignited and upon his return, started a small hawker stall in Bukit Timah Food Centre with his parents. From this humble beginning, Chef Micah’s confidence grew as regular customers encouraged him to follow his life-long dream. Finally in April 2016, micasa was born.
Home and Family have always been at the heart of micasa’s philosophy and the foundation of all that we do. Our menu is curated from locally sourced fresh produce that serves to engage the local community. Each dish is modified to fit the local palette with its European essence lovingly preserved. We pride ourselves in creating a space where everyone feels that they are truly at home.
